Libraries learn by fostering partnerships and listening to the experiences of partner libraries. Information centers have evolved from just a shelf of books and a set of tables and chairs to a smart learning spaces. Awesome facilities and wide learning spaces invite library users to stay in the library. During this digital era, libraries must be equipped with new tools and technologies (both people and facilities) that help in the advancement of products and services offered in every information center.
