CIRCULATION BOOKS

   These are books that may be borrowed and taken out of the Library for a two-week period. They are on open shelves at the first floor where you are free to browse and make your selection.


Circulation books are arranged on the selves according to the Library of Congress Classification system. Call numbers begin with letters, e.g., BF, DS, E, QA, QP followed by 3 or four numbers plus additional decimal numbers if needed. The last set is a combination of letters and numbers, e.g.:
