The University Library sustained its “On-the-Spot Award” for September in appreciation for its performance with the commendations of library clients regarding its library services reflected in the online UPB Client Satisfaction Measurement and for its exceptional hard work, dedication, and outstanding contribution to the university. The Certificate of Appreciation was handed by Chancellor Joel M. Addawe and Vice Chancellor for Administration Jerico B. Bacani and received by University Library OIC Head Rojan A. Paleng.
The award was given during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on October 14, 2024, with Chancellor Joel M. Addawe, and Vice Chancellor for Administration Jerico B. Bacani.
The library team is committed to continuously improving the quality of services offered to faculty, students, and external researchers. By carefully reviewing and addressing feedback, we strive to meet both current and future needs. We are also grateful for the ongoing support of our administrators in advancing the library’s projects, as we work toward modernizing our facilities and equipment.
