SCANNING OF PRINT MATERIALS
Fill out this form when the material is available in the library and you need the digital copy. Always specify the page numbers/chapters when requesting for scanning. Please note that, in accordance with copyright law, only 10% of a material is allowed for scanning.

REQUEST FOR REFERRAL LETTER
Fill out this form when requesting a referral letter to visit other libraries for your academic requirements.
