The university library receives the On-The-Spot Award in commendation for its performance as reflected in the online UPB Client Satisfaction Measurement and for its exceptional hard work, dedication, and outstanding contributions to the university.
The award was given during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on June 24, 2024, with Chancellor Joel M. Addawe, and Vice-Chancellor of Administration Jerico B. Bacani.
Moreover, the university library assures that all feedback from semestral evaluations is reviewed and addressed accordingly to continuously improve its services to students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
