REQUEST FOR LIBRARY ORIENTATION



The library conducts online orientations for individuals, classes, and groups via Zoom. Students or faculty may book for a virtual orientation by following the instructions below. 

  • Booking for online orientation shall be made at least one week before the scheduled date. If there are unavoidable changes, kindly inform the library via the official email (mainlibrary.upbaguio@up.edu.ph) two (2) days before.
  • Class orientation schedule shall be arranged by the class adviser.
  • The library will only accommodate requests for a maximum of 25 participants per session for group orientations and a maximum of 50 participants per session for class orientations. 
  • Requester/Adviser will share the link to the group or class.
